No clean-up has been performed so the chrome should come to a much nicer shine. A very good core for plating. Bumper part I have some 60s Cadillac parts so it might be for.

You should be able to install this bumper protection functional as is. Smooth not pitted chrome except a 3-4 section on the toward outer edge. I think the number format is gm it 64 tip to ends in solid used condition with wear.
