Looks perfect from what I can see. Seems to be stamped stainless steel. Could be Dodge or Chrysler. My older books are in storage.

May have other part numbers. Written on wrapper is hope someone can find a home for it?. Did not want to drag it out of wrapper and cause undue scratching. Not exactly sure what this is but appears to be some kind of lower grill filler panel.
