OEM Tesla rear bumper cover and comes COMPLETE with lower textured valance inner wiring harness. Like stated bumper has some light scuffs and scratches so it should be sanded painted for best results.

All tabs and clips look good although there was a minor defect on the side one see pic 21. Decent used shape but does have some light scuffs and scratches on it see pics 11, 12, 13 14.

Metallic blue in color. I'm a very reasonable person and will gladly resolve any/all issues before negative remarks etc are left. Like stated all tabs and mounts look good.
