It also has the 4 holes for 1969 radiator grille inner brackets. NS, for Corvettes the valance panel is smc fiberglass.

Gm made smc replacement panels starting sometime in the mid-70's. As with any fiberglass body part, the panel will need to be fitted your car and final work done.

It has mounting holes along the front for either front grille lower chrome moldings or embossed radiator grilles.
