You are buying on a factory-original chrome trunk handle assembly for the 1949 Ford passenger cars in very nice overall condition. The unit looks very nice but it does have a few tiny micro-pits and surface-scratch on left-side behind bulls-eye. The chrome is not quite as bright on this part other two castings. All of the attaching studs and threads are nice with no issues.

I will describe each individual piece in detail: the left-side f-o marked bar is excellent condition with only two notable surface pits on bottom side. All three castings are in very good condition with no cracks, bends or notable pitting damage. The stainless swivel cover for lock has no flaws but small screw w spring is not correct, it should have a button-head pin instead which can easily be changed. The lock unit works fine and comes with a factory Ford key an aftermarket one.

The right-side marked swivel bar has a few micro-pits and two notable pits on bottom side. This is a very nice original trunk handle unit for your classic shoebox Ford.
