This piece will look fine mounted as is. There are multiple scratches below the keyhole etc. It is part number 8m b, and casting numbers of:8m here a nice used, 1949 Mercury chrome trunk lid handle assembly. It also contains 3 of the 4 mounting studs which are all perfect.

There is some pitting i9n 2 places in the curves above the letter r left side, and u are not many none deep. It also contains the lock cylinder and release bar. On my condition scale of 10, I give this an 8. Again, none are deep.
