Trunk lids by themselves can be shipped fed ex ground over sized. Our trunk lid will fit any original body panel mustang but slight variances can exist.

There could be from an 1/8 inch to 4 difference between cars. This trunk lid mounts exactly like a steel. Our trunk lids require less prep work than most that on the market today.

This is an all hand laid fiberglass trunk lid with built in spoiler and spoiler ed end caps. We measured different mustangs in our showroom and no two were exactly the same.

Underside is now completely finished if a ford original trunk lid fits your mustang than this fiberglass will fit. The end caps are made to fit over a Shelby tail lamp panel. Close but not identical. There can be minor low spots or a slightly textured edge.

On the combined shipping costs. The end caps come with mounting studs but they are purposely not installed. This will save you time and money. It fits 1967 and 1968 mustang Fastbacks.

Much less prep time. When you purchase a fiberglass hood and trunk lid together will save up to 60. Shipping quotes are available upon request.

During development we learned that all 1967 and 1968 mustangs did not have exactly the same clearance or gaps between trunk lid quarter panels filler panel at rear window. If you do not intend to use a Shelby tail lamp panel please understand that your installer will have build up the end caps where they would normally fit over. Stock mounting hardware can be used.
