They are held on with bolts. The bushings fit on the bottom corners of the tailgate. There is no charge for shipping. They are oem Gm parts and are in the original boxes.

The part numbers are discontinued from Gm. The other choice is a step side or flare side box and the bushings will not work on these trucks. They have the cups on them which the Rh one is a cup with a slot to remove the tailgate when needed and the LHS one which has a solid cup.
