This is correct for '38 Chevy model's ha HBO and '39 Jay Job. I am told it can be used on '40 model's KIA KB though mounting holes would need to opened up. Polishes to a respectable shine with some pitting and fading.

I have here a used original deck lid hinge assembly cast with part number t14262-r. Both parts are in physical condition with no cracks or other damage. Sorry - pin is not included or available at this time.
